Original 962 block that was only produced for '65 and early '66 cars (casting date March 17, 1965 and assembled April 29, 1965). Correct 208 cylinder heads. Correct 963 intake manifold. Muncie close ratio M21. (dated May 4, 1965) 4.11 positraction diff, code FB. (dated May 7, 1965) Original 42 amp 696 alternator with large pulley. (dated April 22, 1965) One repaint in original Milano Maroon, code M-M.............No stress cracks in paint! Saddle vinyl interior, code 420. Real teak wood steering wheel, not the similar plastic walnut. Original Delco AM/FM radio with functioning power antenna. All original dated window glass. Windshield date code GJ (April 1965). All headlights are T3. Original shifter in short throw position. Kelsey Hayes knock off wheels,
All instruments fully functional including original ticking clock (not a replacement quartz movement). Fully functioning multi speed rear cabin fan. (This was a standard item on all '64 and '65 coupes and rarely works on most.) All drive components restored. |
